ANTIOXIDANT AND FOOD AND COSMETICS USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant which has excellent anti-oxidizing performances such as having high safety enabling it to be added in food and the like and being employed in a wide range of applications and which does not affect flavor and the feel in use.

SOLUTION: The antioxidant contains tannin derived from the skins of roasted chestnuts. The food contains tannin derived from the skins of roasted chestnuts. The cosmetics contain tannin derived from the skins of roasted chestnuts.
