<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and imaging processing method capable of specifying noise by using image data outputted from an imaging device itself, and of reducing the noise. <P>SOLUTION: When a shutter of a camera is driven by operating an operation part 106 in a portable telephone set 100, the imaging device 109 continuously takes three or more photographs of the same object and stores these photographs in an image data memory 111. Whether there is a place whose lightness is sharply different in these images or not is checked in each fine area, and when there is the place, the place is removed as noise and a corrected image is obtained.
