<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience by matching a channel changing time of a video transmission system with user's preference. <P>SOLUTION: The video transmission system 10 is provided with a video transmitting device 100 for receiving video data and a panel part 200 for displaying the video data. The video transmitting device 100 is provided with a tuner part 110 for receiving the video data, an encoding control part 120 for determining whether to transcode the video data in accordance with a permissible time inputted by the user and transcoding time, a transcoding part 160 for converting the video data into that of an encoding system with a large compression rate, and a communicating part 180 for transmitting the video data to the panel part connected by radio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
