PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled type vibration isolating device for a vehicle to be applied to a structure where a movable partitioning member is installed between a first and a second chamber, capable of damping vibrations of the vehicle by exerting sufficiently an orifice effect while noise emission is well suppressed, when a large amplitude vibration is fed, and of damping the vibrations effectively owing to a low spring characteristic when the fed vibrations include a micro-amplitude and high frequency. SOLUTION: By the partitioning member 30, an engine mount accommodating space is partitioned into the first chamber and the second chamber, wherein the partitioning member 30 is held by a holding member 20 attached to the wall of the accommodating space. The partitioning member is made of a flexible material, and an inner fitting part 32 is formed at the periphery of the end of the partitioning member 30, while the holding member 20 is furnished with an outer fitting part 23 to be fitted on the inner fitting part 32 of the partitioning member 30 in such a manner as pinching it 32 from the direction in which the first and second chambers are arranged. The inner fitting part 32 is composed of a fast end 33 to be fixed to the outer fitting part 23 and a free end 34 to form a gap 40 with respect to the outer fitting part 23 and be fitted therein in such a manner as to generate a communication between the two chambers.
