PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fluid compressor having inexpensive and space-saving shaft seal structure disposed on a discharge side of a rotor shaft. SOLUTION: The screw compressor 1 compresses target gas by screw rotors 4 stored in a rotor chamber 3 and meshed with each other. The screw compressor comprises: a non-contact seal 15 provided between the screw rotor 4 and a discharge side bearing 11 of a rotor shaft 7 of the screw rotor 4; a sleeve 18 provided between the non-contact seal 15 and the bearing 11 to be fitted on an outer circumference of the rotor shaft 7; a lip seal 16 brought into slide-contact with the outer periphery of the sleeve 18; and a communication passage 20 bringing a space 9 between the non-contact seal 15 and the lip seal 16 in communication with a low-pressure space 5 not higher than durable pressure of the lip seal 16.
