PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grafted natural rubber-based adhesive that has excellent environmental hygiene properties and disaster prevention and improved adhesive properties. SOLUTION: The grafted natural rubber-based adhesive is mixed with a copolymer in a latex state obtained by subjecting an amino group-containing vinyl-based polymer to graft polymerization onto a natural rubber.
