PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain-removing liquid for use in the removal of attached stain on fibrous materials such as clothes, bedding materials, etc., especially excellent in the removal effect of a stain of a blood component and also very effective for the removal of the stain in situ when the stain attaches. SOLUTION: This stain-removing liquid is prepared by adding 0 to 1 wt.% surfactant, a thickening agent consisting of 0.05 to 1 wt.% water soluble polymer and 0.01 to 0.5 wt.% burnt calcium into water and mixing them.
