PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothes fitted by a cushion at a side chest part so as to protect a lower shoulder in the posture of lying on one's side. SOLUTION: The clothes pattern shoulder cushion comprises: a cushion which has elasticity conforming to clothes, such as underwear worn on the upper part of a body, pajamas, and T shirt, and a curve from near an armpit part of a human body down near to a hip part when a wearer lies on his or her side and enough thickness to protect near a shoulder joint from pressure; and an installing means which is provided at least for either the clothes or the cushion and can freely removably install the clothes and the cushion.
