An assembly for producing a beverage by percolating a measure of anhydrous material in a container (2), wherein two half -rings (38), carried by the arms (36) of a gripper device (29), are movable with respect to each other to and from a mutual contact position, in which the two half-rings (38) define an annular body (40) laterally enclosing the container (2) in an infusion position; and wherein a release device (30) is movable along the arms (36) to move the two half -rings (38) into an open position to automatically unload the container (2) when infusion is completed. |
