[MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] An information processing device is characterized in that a monitoring device to monitor communication setting of a plurality of client devices is comprised of a judging means for judging whether or not the client devices are suitable for communication and a specifying means for specifying a communication-feasible client device that belongs to a group of client devices judged to be unsuitable for communication on the basis of management information that categorizes the client devices into groups in accordance with the communication setting, wherein the specifying means is provided with a communication setting judgment means for judging the communication setting of the specified communication-feasible client device and the communication setting judgment means is provided with a notifying means for giving notice of a request to change the communication setting for the communication-unsuitable client devices to the judged communication setting.
