PROBE FOR DETECTION OF MUTATION IN abl GENE AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed is a detection probe which can detect a sequence of interest having a single nucleotide mutation even when both of the sequence of interest having the single nucleotide mutation and a sequence having no mutation are present together. At least one oligonucleotide selected from the group consisting of oligonucleotides depicted in SEQ ID NOs: 2 to 16 is used as a probe. The probe can be used in a Tm analysis or the like to detect the mutation even in a sample containing both of an abl gene having the mutation and an abl gene without the mutation.
