The sleeve (1) has a flexible laminar insulating part (5) connected with a flexible, laminar carrier (2), where thickness of the insulating part amounts to multiple of the thickness of the carrier. The carrier carries a side of a hook-and-loop fastener on a side facing the insulating part. The carrier is protruded over the insulating part and carries a complementary side of the fastener in the protruding area on the side carrying the insulating part. The carrier is made of a textile material.
