<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery tool of a tubular organ treatment instrument which confirms expansion condition of the tubular organ treatment instrument and credibly releases the tubular organ treatment instrument at an object treatment position. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery tool 1 comprises an outer sheath 10, an inner sheath 30 arranged slidably within the outer sheath 10, and a holding section H formed on a gap between the distal inner circumference of the outer sheath 10 and the distal outer circumference of the inner sheath 30. The delivery tool 1 is inserted into a tubular organ through a lumen formed in an endoscope 3 and has a spiral pattern 50 on the outer sheath 10. By sliding the outer sheath 10 with respect to the inner sheath 30 in the proximal direction while a tubular organ treatment instrument 5 is held by the holding section H, the tubular organ treatment instrument 5 is expanded.
