PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting apparatus or the like which can decrease the amount of consumption of a fluid even when a fluid storing part for storing the fluid such as ink is interchanged or the like and can rapidly finish replacement or the like of the fluid in a fluid flow path. SOLUTION: The fluid jetting apparatus 10 has an apparatus main body 11 equipped with a fluid jetting head 20 for delivering the fluid, and the fluid storing part 32a having a constitution removable to the apparatus main body and capable of storing the fluid, and has the constitution that the fluid jetting head is equipped with a nozzle opening part for delivering the fluid to the outside with the fluid in the fluid storing part fed to the nozzle opening part at least through a fluid flow path part 36, and is equipped with discharging operation executing means 23a and 23c for executing the discharging operation for discharging the remaining fluid in the fluid flow path.
