MAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND RECORDING/REPRODUCING METHOD FOR MAGNETIC RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: it is difficult to stably form fine recording magnetic domains when high density recording has been performed. SOLUTION: An optical magnetic recording medium has configuration where at least a recoding layer is provided on a disc substrate, and the recording layer separates for each magnetic grain to form magnetically independent recording domains. Alternatively, the optical magnetic recording medium has configuration where a fine structure is formed of an aggregate of the independent magnetic grains in the recording film, and the recording film has a high specific resistance.
