PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source code protection device capable of protecting a source code before correction from the correction of a source code by a program design tool. SOLUTION: This source code protection device 1 includes: a protection region designation part 11 for designating a protection region for an original source code S1; a difference extraction part 12 for extracting the different section of a new source code S2 and the original source code S1 generated for the correction of the original source code S1; a protection decision part 13 for deciding whether or not the original source code S1 of the different section extracted by the difference extraction part 12 is included in the protection region designated by the protection region designation part 11; and a source code feedback part 14 for feeding back the new source code S2 of the different section decided to be included in the protection region by the protection decision part 13 to the original source code S1.
