METHOD FOR PRODUCING o-DISUBSTITUTED AROMATIC COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing an objective o-disubstituted benzene from an o-dihalobenzene as a raw material in a high yield and in high selectivity. SOLUTION: The method for producing an o-disubstituted aromatic compound comprises continuously carrying out at least (a) a process for monolithiating one halogen group of an o-disubstituted aromatic compound by a first microreactor, (b) a process for obtaining a monosubstituted monohaloaromatic compound by subjecting the monolithiated product to electrophilic substitution by a second microreactor, (c) a process for lithiating the other halogen group by a third microreactor and (d) a process for successively carrying out an electrophilic substitution of the resultant product.
