PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover which can be easily bound and, at the same time, prevents material to be bound from coming off. SOLUTION: The cover 100 is pinched between the opening part 26 of pinching bodies 20 and 22 opposing to each other and is equipped with a front cover part 102, a rear cover part 104, an intervenient part 106, with which the front cover part 102 and the rear cover part 104 are respectively connect at their pinched sides, and a protruding part 108 formed for facilitating the insertion of the cover 100 between the pinching bodies 20 and 22 at the outsides of the front cover part 102 and of the rear cover part 104.
