摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to constantly control direct pressurization for joining porous coating to substrate material used in orthopedic implant. SOLUTION: The method includes a process of preparing an implant 24 including a substrate 20 and the coating, and a process of adding pressure to the implant. Direct pressure is added to the border between the porous coating 22 and the substrate material through a pressurization mechanism without receiving effects of heat in a junction process or air pressure conditions.
