The fuselage has an intermediate space (9) provided between a shell element (2) and a structural element (7), where the intermediate space is ventilatable by an air flow (10) of the inner chamber. The intermediate space is connected with an exhaust air/supply air connector of an inner chamber (20) for forming the ventilated air flow as exhaust/supply air flow. The shell element is provided with an insulation element (8), where the shell element is formed in a multi-shelled manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for active insulation of a fuselage of an aircraft or a spacecraft.
