The film has a driving device provided for a material web and a printing unit, where the film is formed in a single layer or multilayer and made of polyolefin. A printable outer surface is provided on a side of the film. The film exhibits a total thickness between 100 micrometer and 180 micrometer. A film layer exhibits a melting temperature of more than 140 degree Celsius. The film is designed as a mono film and a coextrusion film with three layers. A core layer is formed from a polyolefin mixture and inorganic additive. An independent claim is also included for a method for installing a printing device for a film label laminate.
