<p>The holder has two rod-shaped retainers (1, 2) provided inside a circulating banner (6), where the holder lies completely within the banner. Flexible elements prestress the retainers away from each other. A base structure is made of elastic, rod-shaped material that is prestressed by flexible elastic compensating elements (4, 5) forming a contact surface for the banner. The retainers are connected with each other by a springy connection section (3). A suspension of the compensating elements acts parallel to a flat part of the banner.</p> |
