<p>A method of handling food pieces, comprises subjecting a food piece to an X-ray analysis at an analysis position (1) to detect a foreign object in the food piece. If a foreign object is detected, the food piece is transported from the analysis position (1) to an operator (5A, 5B) and the operator is provided with an indication of the location of the foreign object in the food piece, characterised in that the step of providing an indication comprises providing a mark on the food piece.</p> |
