<p>A drain pan (30) is connected to a nozzle electrode (44) and its other end opens upward. A ring electrode (45) is arranged so as to oppose to the nozzle electrode (44). When positive voltage is applied to the nozzle electrode (44), an electric field is formed in the vicinity of the tip end of the nozzle electrode (44). As a result, drain water is sprayed as micro liquid droplets charged with positive charge. The sprayed liquid droplets are discharged to an outer system via a flow-in pipe (51) and a flow-out pipe (53).</p> |
