<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging of a screen and to enhance treatment efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with an anaerobic reactor vessel 12 performing anaerobic ammonia oxidizing reaction by bringing ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater into contact with an inclusive immobilization carrier 24 containing anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria in an anaerobic condition; the screen tiltedly provided inside the anaerobic reactor vessel 12 at an upper part thereof, and running out treated wastewater and separating the inclusive immobilization carrier 24 from the wastewater; a guide plate 16 provided inside the screen 14 roughly in parallel with the screen 14 and forming a flow channel 17 between the screen 14 face and itself; and a nitrogen gas jetting nozzle 18 provided under the screen 14 and jetting nitrogen gas toward the screen 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
