<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive patches for the transdermal administration of granisetron which substantially increase the flux of granisetron across the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive patch is an acrylic adhesive containing non-acidic hydroxy moieties (wherein the non-acidic hydroxy moieties are not provided in the following forms: hydroxymethyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydroxymethyl methacrylate or hydroxyethyl methacrylate).
