摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rare earth bond magnet which is excellent in molding and magnetic characteristics and excellent in mechanical strength and corrosion resistance with a small amount of bonding resin while relaxing conditions of injection molding, and to provide a method for manufacturing the rare earth bond magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The rare earth bond magnet is manufactured by injection molding using a composition for the rare earth bond magnet which contains rare earth magnet powder and thermoplastic resin. A content of the rare earth magnet powder in the rare earth bond magnet is 68 to 76 vol%. The rare earth magnet powder includes magnet powder composed of an Sm-Fe-N group alloy containing, as basic components, rare earth elements composed principally of Sm, transition metals composed principally of Fe, and interstitial elements composed principally of N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
