<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel indium oxide powder which can be suppressed from splashing, keeps a working environment excellent in concentration, and is excellent in dispersiblity. <P>SOLUTION: The indium oxide powder comprises an indium oxide aggregate particle formed by aggregating indium oxide primary particles having 0.01-1 μm number average particle diameter as a main component particle. The number average particle diameter of the indium oxide aggregate particle is 30-3,000 μm and the loss in heating after standing for 3 hr in 105 °C atmosphere is preferably 0.03-2 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
