<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus without generating image inferiority such as position deviation and color shift on images transferred on an intermediate transfer belt without generating torsion on the intermediate transfer belt in the image forming apparatus for preventing meandering of the intermediate transfer belt by inclining a rotating shaft of a mounting shaft angle variable roller. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary roller giving biasing force in a direction of pushing the intermediate transfer belt from an inner peripheral side to an outer peripheral side is swingably arranged at a right upstream position in a drive direction of the intermediate transfer belt of the variable roller for mounting shaft angle in parallel to the variable roller by centering the rotating shaft of the variable roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
