<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing for supporting a planetary rotor which is revolved while rotating on its axis, preventing the occurrence of wear and seizure between a guided face of a cage and a guiding face. <P>SOLUTION: An inner ring spacer 6a is arranged on the side of a small collar 2c of an inner ring 2. On a small annular portion 5a of the cage 5, a disc portion 5d is provided which is bent from the outer end and extends to the outer diameter side. At the inner periphery end thereof, an annular portion 5e is provided which is bent to the axial outside at a right angle. The inner diameter face of the annular portion 5e is formed as the guided face 7 to be guided along the outer diameter face of the inner ring spacer 6a. Thus, the contact area of the guided face 7 is increased, and a surface hardened layer and a lubricative coat are formed on the outer diameter face of the inner ring spacer 6a as the guiding face to prevent the occurrence of wear or seizure between the guided face 7 of the cage 5 and the guiding face of the tapered roller bearing 1 for supporting the planetary rotor which is revolved while rotating on its axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
