<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of flooding to the car body side by going along a wire harness laid over to the car body side from a door. <P>SOLUTION: A protective cylinder is out-fitted to the wire harness extended to the car body side from the door side of an automobile. The wire harness is inserted into the protective cylinder, and both ends of the protective cylinder are positioned, held and installed on a door panel and a car body panel. The protective cylinder is curved downward in a U shape, and the lower end position of the U shape is set so as to always become a position lower by at least 25 mm or more than a holding position on the car body panel side.
