<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the strength of a door part of an instrument panel, and to stably open the door part. <P>SOLUTION: When molding a back-up member 17, the front edge of a plate part 23 is formed to be developed in the surface side direction of the plate part 23 so that a clearance between the front edge of the plate part 23 opposed to a hinge portion 27 on the plate side and the opening edge of a shooting port 19 corresponding to the front edge becomes larger than the width W1 of a clearance 31a on the front edge side. The plate part 23 is pressed to the shooting port around the hinge portion 27 on the plate side, and welded to the back surface of the door part 15 using the clearance between the front edge of the plate part 23 and the opening edge of the shooting port 19 as the front side clearance 31a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
