PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent communication such as information leakage or unauthorized access that a user does not intend, while simplifying work performed by the user in communication between communication apparatuses. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 20 stores a PIN code for each user (SA1). An information display apparatus 10 then specifies communication-enabled apparatuses (SA1-SA7) and causes the user to designate a communication party (SA9). When a PIN code is input to the information display apparatus 10 (SA10) and authentication is made successful (SA11), the information display apparatus 10 and the information processing apparatus 20 generate a link key (SA12, SA13). Each of the apparatuses then writes an apparatus ID and the link key into a permission link table and a candidate link table to perform communication (SA14, SA15). In this manner, even when one apparatus is shared by a plurality of users, the user is authenticated by the PIN code, such that information leakage can be prevented and the work by the user in subsequent communication can be simplified.
