PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoration resin molding which expresses a woody feeling with more reality, and its advantageous manufacturing technique. SOLUTION: After transferring fine groove-like depressions on a real wood, to form a forming mold having molding cavities, to which projections corresponding to such groove-like depressions are provided on a cavity surface; a resin molding 10, to which a decoration expressing the woody feeling is applied, is formed by forming the depressions 22 corresponding to the projections on the cavity surface of the molding cavities with the same shape as that of the fine groove-like depressions, by filling a prescribed molten resin material into the molding cavities of the mold and solidifying it, by using the forming mold.
