PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection of an earth terminal by drawing out a drain wire from both ends of a shield wire. SOLUTION: The drain wire 12 extending over the whole length is inserted between a core wire 11 and a braided sleeve 13 having electromagnetic shield property, the drain wire 12 is bent by forming a zigzag folding 15 over the whole length or bent in a spiral form in advance, the length of the drain wire 12 at the time of extension is made to have an extra length by making it longer than the whole length L of the shield wire 10 having a surplus length, and it is made possible to draw out both ends of the drain wire 12 from the both ends of the shield wire 10 measured and cut at a prescribed length.
