PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a domain extraction system of a specimen slice image capable of adjusting most suitably color sensitivity, when acquiring original images of a sample slice, even if a color light source or a color filter is not provided on a microscope device. SOLUTION: This domain extraction system of the sample slice image has a sample slice 2; the microscope device 1 having a light source, an aperture diaphragm, and a color image acquisition image 3 for acquiring the image of the sample slice; and an image processing means 4 for performing color image processing by resolving the sample slice image into RGB values, and extracting a specific domain in the sample slice image. The system has characteristics where at least either of a light quantity of the light source and a contraction amount by the aperture diaphragm is controlled so that each relative sensitivity of red component sensitivity and blue component sensitivity, in the color image acquisition means, becomes substantially the same.
