PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable building material by using various waste materials including parts that become unnecessary after use thereof or at the time of production thereof. SOLUTION: The building material is formed of a laminated sheet consisting of a regenerated resin cross-linked foam made of a regenerated resin composition and having a 25% compression set of 20% or less, a skin member, and a reinforcing material laminated on each other. The building material is applied to a cushioning floor material which is preferably formed of a laminated sheet consisting of the skin member, the reinforcing material, the regenerated resin cross-linked foam made of the regenerated resin, and a mold releasing agent laminated on each other in this order. Further the building material is applied to a decorative cushioning material which is formed of the laminated sheet consisting of the skin member, the regenerated resin cross-linked foam made of the regenerated resin composition, and the reinforcing material laminated on each other in this order, and a load at break of the laminated sheet falls in the range of 2.5 to 25 N/mm.
