PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically and horizontally adjustable mat foundation form using no temporary member for constructing a mat foundation of a construction. SOLUTION: This vertically and horizontally adjustable mat foundation form using no temporary member is constituted by arranging and fixing adjusting members 4 in the vertical direction on leveling concrete 3 by concrete nails 7 at a proper interval and inserting a plywood form 9 to adjust in the vertical direction by using a plywood form adjusting wedge 8. A member 2 for adjusting in the horizontal direction is attached to an upper part of the plywood form 9, its separator 10 part is bound and fixed on a reinforcing bar 16 by a binding member 15, and horizontal direction adjusting wood-concrete 12 and a nut 14 for wood-concrete are turned to adjust in the horizontal direction. Concrete 17 is placed after the adjustment in the horizontal direction to construct the mat foundation. This form enables fine control of vertical and horizontal forms even after the concrete 17 is placed and uses no temporary member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
