PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make hard a chain derailment prevention part formed on a chain guide to be bitten into a sprocket. SOLUTION: The chain guide 13 of a bicycle rear derailleur is a chain guide connected to a movable member swingably around a second axis X2. The chain guide 13 comprises an outer plate member having one end swingably fitted to the movable member, an inner plate member 21 disposed opposite to the outer member with a gap interposed therebetween, a guide pulley 22 rotatably supported on both plate members at one ends of the outer and inner plate members, a tension pulley 23 rotatably supported on both plate members at the other ends of both plate members, and the chain derailment prevention part 35 disposed between both plate members near the guide pulley and having a width of 10-50 mm.
