PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a pipe material all at once to each of a plurality of pipe material conveying lines juxtaposed on a pipe conveying path. SOLUTION: The plurality of pipe material conveying lines L are juxtaposed on the pipe material conveying path 2, and a stocker 25 which stacks a plurality of pipes P where the axis line is parallel to the respective pipe material conveying lines L in a vertical row shape to hold is disposed on the upper side of the pipe material conveying path 2. A lower step pin 31 which can be engaged with and disengaged from the lower part of the front and rear end of the bottom step pipe material P1 facing the discharge port 30 provided at each pipe material row F at the lower part of the stocker 25 and an upper step pin 32 which can be inserted to and removed from the opening part of the front and rear end of the pipe material P2 directly above the bottom step pipe material P2 are provided on the front wall 27 and the rear wall 27a opposed to the respective front and rear end surface of the pipe material P in the stocker 25 in a freely protruding and receding manner. The upper step pins 32 and the lower step pins 31 are interlocked with each other, the bottom step pipe material P1 is dropped and fed on each of pipe material conveying lines L, and the pipe materials P2, P in the respective pipe materials row F are sequentially fed to the lower step by the protruding and receding operation of the upper step and the lower step pins 31, 32.
