PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat and a seat for a toilet seat which do not feel contact cold sensation when being seated. SOLUTION: A toilet seat includes a heat storage particle containing a heat storage component which involves a change of phase with temperature. Further, the heat storage particle containing the heat storage component which involves a change of phase with temperature is a coated resin type heat storage particle which consists of the heat storage component which involves a change of phase with temperature and a covering layer which comprises resin which clads this heat storage component.
