<p>AFTERBURNER INJECTING FUEL HEATER FOR DIESEL ENGINE To reduce emission of black smoke of diesel exhaust, a carburetor located thereto is unable to burn down gas in the range of 100~1500C, an afterburner in front of the carburetor with an atomizer-igniter installed near an inlet, a temperature sensor installed near an outlet. An atomizing nozzle of the atomizer-igniter precipitates a lean mixture of an appropriate air-fuel ratio (AFR) more than 14.7:1 as an atomization injection, and an igniter of the atomizer-igniter is electrified with an output electric potential of a 12 voltage (V) direct current (DC) accumulator step up to 10000~14000V to instantaneously spark the atomization injection of AFR lean mixture. A first and a second inlet flow systems cooperated with a vacuum pump supplement air to a porous nozzle mounted inside the afterburner etc., to keep up a constant 350~4000C to burn down exhausted particles according to the temperature-sensor.</p> |
