摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel metal anode for a lithium secondary battery capable of making up a lithium secondary battery with high charge/discharge capacity and excellent charge/discharge cycle characteristics for use as anode for a lithium secondary battery, its manufacturing method industrially efficient, and a lithium secondary battery of high performance using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The metal anode for a lithium ion secondary battery uses metal ruthenium as an anode active material.
