<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle information display device capable of providing information to a user in a new form. <P>SOLUTION: Information is displayed by illuminating a certain location with visible light beams based on at least one of vehicle condition information, vehicle peripheral information and in-vehicle information. For example, by irradiating an object SW with visible light beams based on signals indicating on and off of an operation switch of a headlight and signals indicating on and off of a key switch, a user 5 can be made to easily recognize the object SW to be operated, so as to precisely operate the object SW by the user 5.
