PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly respond to the increased number of users in an access network system.

SOLUTION: A code division multiplexing system of the present invention is characterized by providing: an encoding means for performing encoding using one encoding system to a plurality of input data signals which are input; a duty ratio adjustment means for adjusting duty ratio of each signal waveform of a plurality of encoding signals encoded by the encoding means to predetermined ratio; a phase delay means for providing predetermined delay to phases of the plurality of encoding signal adjusted by the duty ratio adjustment means, respectively and a multiplexing means for temporally multiplexing the plurality of encoding signals to which the phase delay is provided by the phase delay means.
