<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print personal information so as to prevent the personal information from being leaked out during copying the information medium. <P>SOLUTION: An image reading part 2 reads the information medium and inputs an image. A discriminating part 64 calculates the size of the information medium from the input image and discriminates the type of the information medium. The position of a proper image representing personal information is determined in accordance with the information medium. An area determining part 63 specifies the proper image to the information medium and determines the position of a particular area where a proper image in the inputted image exists.
