<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near infrared ray circle type heating device in which a circle type lamp can be formed not like in a structure in which a filament is formed in a required winding diameter and number of windings, and as a result, a focusing area is not limited as compared with a conventional spot type heater, and since a near infrared ray lamp is in a shape of a circle and a reflection mirror is in a shape of a rotating body with an oval cross-section, a heating object can be heated from a circumferential direction by a uniform and a highly efficient focusing, and thanks to the circle type lamp, an output can be adjusted in accordance with a heating purpose by selecting a circle diameter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The near infrared ray circle type heating device includes an external side mirror having a ring-shaped open port for connection on one end side and a ring-shaped reflection surface with a ring-shaped beam irradiating port on the other end side, an internal mirror having a conical reflection surface which is inserted from the above ring-shaped open port and a reflection mirror with a shape of a rotating body of an oval cross-section formed by the ring-shaped reflection surface of the external mirror and the conical reflection surface of the internal mirror. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
