PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a large-area superconductive material with improved performance, and efficient without causing ablation, in carrying out thermal decomposition of a metal organic compound and heat treatment formation of a superconductive substance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the superconductive oxide material for manufacturing a superconductive coating material epitaxially grown through a process (1) of coating organic compound solution of metal whose oxide forms a superconductive substance on a support body and drying it, a temporary calcination process (2) thermally decomposing organic components in the metal organic compound, and a proper calcination process (3) carrying out conversion into the superconductive substance, laser light is irradiated between the process (1) and the process (2).
