PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear-wheel drive pedaling vehicle using no fossil fuel so that bad influences due to global warming, CO<SB>2</SB>and environmental pollution can be reduced somewhat. SOLUTION: In this rear wheel drive pedaling vehicle with a flywheel, when a driver treads an acceleration pedal 2 with right and left feet alternately, an upward and downward movement of the acceleration pedal is converted into a rotational movement by a crank 10 incorporated in a flywheel 4, and the rotation is transmitted to a rear wheel shaft pulley 7 by a pulley and a belt 5 and a rear wheel 6 rotates. In this manner, no fossil fuel is used for the vehicle, and the vehicle can be made small and ridden easily. Anybody can drive for the first time without any practice.
