摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor having good ESR characteristics in which deterioration of leakage current characteristics is suppressed during substrate mounting by employing a cathode conductive plate structure capable of reducing thermomechanical stress on the capacitor element. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises a capacitor element 2 having an anodic oxidation coating layer; a solid-state electrolytic layer and a cathode lead-out layer formed sequentially on the surface of a valve action metal sintered body from which an anode lead 1 is led out or the roughened one of a valve action metal foil; an anode conductive plate 4 connected with the anode lead 1; an electrode substrate 5 obtained by integrally forming an external anode plate connected with the anode conductive plate with insulating resin; and a cathode conductive plate 3a connected with the cathode lead-out layer; and a coating resin 6 of the capacitor element 2. In this capacitor, the cathode conductive plate 3a has a substantially square tubular shape in order to cover the substantially all faces of the capacitor element 2 other than the anode lead-out face.
